Where applicable law requires us to notify a service provider of your deletion request, we will do so.
For Washington consumers, an access request may include a list of third parties and affiliates, if any, with whom consumer health data has been shared or sold. If we decline to act on a request, you may appeal by contacting info@barbellpocket.com and identifying the request as an appeal. We will respond to the appeal within the period required by applicable law. If an appeal is denied, we will provide information about how to submit a complaint to the Washington Attorney General.
For Washington consumers, consumer health data stored in archived or backup systems may require additional time to delete, as permitted by applicable law.
Changes to This Notice
If we materially expand the categories of consumer health data we collect, or materially change the purposes for which we collect, use, or share it, we will provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law before applying that new practice, and we will update the “Last Updated” date above.
